Will my ATM be secured on-site?

Yes.  We anchor all machines to the floor.

How many transactions will I need to do per month?

The number of transactions required is entirely dependent on the program you select.  Contact us for additional information.

What are the physical requirements for you to place an ATM?

We only require an electrical outlet and either TCP/IP (Internet Connection) OR phone line.

What if my customers have a problem with the ATM?

We resolve all customer issues on your behalf.  Tell them to give us a call, and we take care of the rest.

What if the machine malfunctions?

Our factory authorized service technicians will determine the cause of the malfunction and repair the machine.
